I did not know how far the drop off was into the gulley and I was heading straight for it. I clawed my fingers into the rock to find anything to stop my fall.
Our latest adventure with Grandpa (and Grandma this time) took us to Morgan County, Utah. We headed east through Weber Canyon and then took the old highway through Mountain Green. I love that my kids get to hear these stories and spend time on these adventures with their grandfather. They will always remember these times and that is what is most important.
My kids know when we go with Grandpa on an adventure, we will not stay on any regular roads and more than likely there will be something historical to learn along the way. We couldn’t ask for a better Adventure Leader and the memories we are making will last forever.
